Terms & Conditions

1.Ownership of Printers

1.1 All printers/CREOs machines provided by Creo.works are and shall remain the exclusive property of Creo.works at all times.

 

2.Printer Loan and Return

2.1 Creo.works grants Customers a loan of the printers during the subscription period specified in the subscription agreement, subject to a deposit of $600/-.

2.2 The deposit of $600/- shall be paid by the Customer upon signing this Agreement and will be refunded to the Customer upon the return of the printers to Creo.works in their original condition, except for normal wear and tear, at the expiration or non-renewal of the subscription.

 

3.Subscription Cancellation and Printer Return

3.1 In the event of subscription cancellation by the Customer, Creo.works reserves the right to disable the printers.

3.2 Customer is responsible for returning the printers promptly to Creo.works following subscription cancellation.

3.3 In the event that the Customer fails to return the printers within 14 days after subscription cancellation, Creo.works reserves the right to take legal action to recover the printers and seek appropriate remedies.

3.4 Upon successful return of the printers, the deposit paid by the Customer at the beginning of the subscription will be refunded within 14 days after the ending or cancellation of the subscription plan, subject to the deduction of any outstanding fees or damages incurred if necessary.

 

4. Maintenance and Workshops

4.1 Creo.works shall provide workshop training for printer operation and maintenance during the first-time subscription for the 6-month plan.

4.2 Any subsequent workshop training sessions, beyond the initial subscription period, may be subject to separate fees and charges, as determined by Creo.works. 

 

5.Misuse and Ill Treatment

5.1 Creo.works reserves the right to take necessary actions, including imposing fees or penalties, against the Customer for obvious misuse or ill treatment of the machines.

5.2 Examples of misuse and ill treatment include, but are not limited to, unauthorized modifications, intentional damage, and violation of operating instruction

 

6.Ownership of Printed Products and Leftover Filaments

6.1 Customers retain full ownership of all printed products created using Creo.works machines.

6.2 Customers also retain ownership of any leftover filaments provided by Creo.works.

 

7.Filament Recommendation

7.1 Creo.works highly recommends the use of Kexcelled filament for optimal printer longevity and print quality.

7.2 While the use of other filaments is permitted, Creo.works does not guarantee the same level of printer longevity or print quality when using non-Kexcelled filament.

 

8. Subscription Plans

Creo.works offers two types of subscription plans: CREOs Basic Monthly Subscription Plan and CREOs Maker Monthly Subscription Plan.

 

8.1 CREOs Basic Monthly Subscription Plan

The CREOs Basic monthly subscription plan includes the following features and services:

 

    A. Access to the CREOs printer loan program during the 6 months subscription period.

    B. Ownership of printed products created using CREOs machines.

    C. As part of the subscription, Creo.works will provide the Customer with a 1kg Kexcelled filament selected from within our catalog. The Customer may choose to have the filament delivered to their specified address or opt for self-collection from a designated location determined by Creo.works.

    D. Creo.works has full confidence in the durability and longevity of our printers. However, in the rare event that warranty service is required, the following terms apply. During the subscription period, Creo.works provides a standard warranty service as part of the subscription plan, which includes the following coverage:

 

  1. A replacement on a quick release print head one-to-one exchange basis per month. 

  2. Repair and replacement of the motherboard and power supply.

  3. Coverage for any breakage or defect that renders the printer unable to function.

 

Please note that additional print head exchanges within the same month will depend on the availability of stock and are subject to Creo.works' discretion. Any charges associated with subsequent print head replacements will be communicated to the Customer by Creo.works.

 

Please note that the standard warranty service does not cover any surface defects or cosmetic damages. Charges may apply for warranty services beyond the standard coverage, including additional items and extended duration, and such charges are subject to Creo.works' discretion.

 

  E. By subscribing to our services, the Customer becomes an esteemed member of our exclusive community, gaining access to limited-time promotions and special offers available only to our valued members. Creo.works will determine and provide exclusive member-only pricing on selected products throughout the subscription period. Enjoy the benefits of being part of our special community and take advantage of the unique privileges and savings available to our esteemed members.

 

8.2. CREOs Maker Monthly Subscription Plan

The CREOs maker monthly subscription plan includes the following features and services:

 

    A. Access to the CREOs printer loan program during the 6 months subscription period.

    B. Ownership of printed products created using CREOs machines.

    C. As part of the subscription, Creo.works will provide the Customer with 1kg Kexcelled filament selected from within our catalog. The Customer may choose to have the filament delivered to their specified address or opt for self-collection from a designated location determined by Creo.works.

    E. Creo.works has full confidence in the durability and longevity of our printers. However, in the rare event that warranty service is required, the following terms apply. During the subscription period, Creo.works provides a standard warranty service as part of the subscription plan, which includes the following coverage:

  F. As part of our services, Creo.works offers a Print Head Exchange Program, which includes three nozzle sizes: 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm. Under this program, we provide a once-a-month print head exchange for our customers. Please note that additional print head exchanges within the same month will depend on the availability of stock and are subject to Creo.works' discretion. Any charges associated with subsequent print head replacements will be communicated to the Customer by Creo.works.

 

  G. By subscribing to our services, the Customer becomes an esteemed member of our exclusive community, gaining access to limited-time promotions and special offers available only to our valued members. Creo.works will determine and provide exclusive member-only pricing on selected products throughout the subscription period. Enjoy the benefits of being part of our special community and take advantage of the unique privileges and savings available to our esteemed members.

 

9.Subscription Duration and Options

9.1 Creo.works offers flexible subscription options to accommodate the diverse needs of our customers. Customers have the choice to select the desired subscription duration and price, as available on our website [creo-works.com].

9.2 The length of the subscription and the available options for selection will be presented on the website. Customers are advised to review and agree to the terms and conditions outlined on the website before making their selection.

9.3 Please note that the terms and conditions as well as subscription packages on the website are subject to changes. It is the responsibility of the Customer to regularly review and adhere to the most current terms and conditions at the time of subscription.

 

10.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

10.2 Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.


 

11.Entire Agreement

11.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
